The Brady bunch: Tv show and movie

Here's a story....of a huge big family. This show is about a father with three boys and a mother with three girls. I wasn't a big fan of the show, but I do remember some of it. Ironically, the only surviving actors are the children. Robert Reed, the father, died of aids. Alice B. Davis, the nanny died of complications to a fall, and recently, we lost Florence Henderson.



I remember some of the episodes. The one I remember the most is when Vincent Price kidnaps the boys who find a hideout in a cave. There is also a Tiki involved that gave the family a curse. I don't really remember it that well, but it was ok. Eventually Vincent Price frees the boys, and reveals that he doesn't want to be alone.

I've read somewhere some of the actors couldn't get along with each other. Eve Plum, the woman who played the middle daughter, refused to be in their Varity special, so they replaced her with someone else.
I don't know who it was that replaced her, but this took place before I was even born.

Then, came the movies....

They starred: Shelly Long, Gary Cole, a young Christina Taylor...there were so many. Even the youngest siblings were my age.
It seem a greedy land developer wants to destroy a neighborhood, the one where the Brady family lives. They do their best, through songs (which irritate) me to stop this from happening. Some of the neighbors don't care and want the Brady's to leave, only for them to change their mind later and kick the land developer out. Florence Henderson guest stars as their grandmother. Other original Brady's (mostly the children) would be various roles.

The sequel I would remember more. This one involved the return of the original father of the three girls. Carol Brady is shocked as he reveals him to be the long lost father. However, he's just a rube that wants a statue of a horse.
Greg and Marcia start to well...fall in love. Jan starts feeling jealous that she doesn't have a boyfriend. Greg wants to be like Roy Martin (Carol's supposed husband) and Bobby and Cindy started a junior detective club. They soon learn the dark truth.
It was ok. By the end, the imposter is arrested and well....another bombshell is revealed. Barbara Eden from I dream of genie shows up in her genie costume saying she is Mr. Brady's wife. Only it was just a joke.

Today, it seems the brady fad is done. They did a few more movies, but they were flops. They even had a sad tv show involving all the adult children. It didn't work out.

 Now all the actors of the Brady's went on to voice acting and appearing as themselves in tv specials.

I never cared for the show, but the acting was ok. Till then, enjoy the Brady's and remember, they are still one happy family.

Are we near the apocalypse

  This world is already doomed. We have seen hell, and yet we wonder... Is this the end??

With everyone sealed in their homes, it seems that there is no answer anymore. We don't know how long this virus will last.



It feels as if the apocalypse is upon us. What is an apocalypse? The end of the world. People predicted a disease will wipe out our whole world. Like the black plague, tornados, smallpox. Anything will kill us, and we need to be prepared for it.

It feels as if a virus that started around Asia will wipe us all out of the earth.

Like the song by R.E.M: "it's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine." But do I really feel fine? I doubt it.



A lot of people predicted the end of the world. Some would make their own predictions. We were supposed to have one on 12/21/12, but NOTHING!

 So is 2020 the last year we will be alive? For some, yes...but everyone??

God only knows. I feel we are dealing with a plague that will not only kill thousands of people, but almost doom the planet. Every country is infected. Mostly the USA. We are forced to stay home and only get the bare essentcials.



So....is this it, how the world ends? Does it mean this plague will kill us all? Nobody can work, shows have been postponed or cancelled indefinitely.

Enjoy your last days while you can...enjoy every minute...spend it with your loved ones and remember...

even if the world is coming to an end....a new world will soon emerge
