HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

Want to wish every father, godfather, grandfather, step-father, any father a happy and safe and great Father's day.
Not as special as Mother's day, but still important. Why, because every father matters. Every father is there for their child to care, to be there when needed. To hold their child's hand when hurt or needed help.

My dad has been there for me for a long long time and I have loved him ever since. He's given me a second chance in life and I thank him for it. My dad is my angel, just like my mom. I miss my grandfathers and think about them very much around this time. My mom's dad died in 93 and my dad's dad died in 98 but their memories are still in my heart.

I want to wish them, as well as every man in the world that fathered a child a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

My experiences with MRI's

Most of the time, not all the time, I have to be in the hospital at CHOP and they would have to place me in this huge casket like tube called an MRI or in other words Magnetic Resonance Imaging for short.

I have to be on this cold table, they have to put an IV in me (which they do every time I'm in the GD hospital) so they can inject some glowing goo into my body. Some people have to deal with MRI's in their life. I have have it once every two years for my heart ever since I was a little girl. When I was little, my mom always said that I would fidget and not cooperate (especially during the IV session) and they would have to get other doctors to hold me down (NOT KIDDING HERE)

I love my heart and I just don't like being in hospitals. Every time I'm in CHOP, it's a trip down bad memory lane to me. Mostly in the summer, once every two years I think, I would have to go for this MRI for my heart so they see if everything is OK. It would take them two to three hours just to see if my heart was OK. Being nervous in the hospital is nothing new to me. But CHOP hospital in Philadelphia is like a maze. You can barely find where you're going. At least we found the place.
Now a days, it's not a hassle, but deep down, I'm still scared to be in the hospital like any other normal person would be. I'm not the only one that gets MRI's and they are not just for the heart. They can be for a broken bone too.

However, the worse part is the noise the machine would make. I mean, yes I'm glad it was taking pictures of my heart and all, but still I just had to hold my breath for a few seconds while the machine made real loud noises. It was just insane. Two hours to be in there. Half the time, I fell asleep, but still was able to focus on what they were saying from the outside. MRI's are not fun, but sometimes, they are needed, especially in my case. Till then, Caio Bloggers! Till next time. Enjoy the summertime!

Richard Dawson, you will be missed (FAMILY FEUD)

First it was the greatest Richard Dawson that made Family Feud a household name. Shaking the hands of men and kissing the ladies. And after he left, Family Feud went down hill of hosts.

I just think Richard Dawson was the best Family Feud Host. Don't get me wrong Steve Harvey is Ok and so was John O'Hurley but before them you had LOUIE ANDERSON??? You have got to be kidding me.

Richard Dawson was also in Hogans Heroes as well portraying Corporal Peter Newkirk for a couple of years. He also was in a game show as a contestant in Match Game. He had a son, Mark Dawson who worked as an assistant and question writer for game shows like "PRICE IS RIGHT" and father's games "MATCH GAME" and "FAMILY FEUD"

Richard Dawson was funny, clever and every time there would be a blooper on his family feud show You Tube would always be there to catch it. Like the famous 'Alligator' blooper. That one was funny. If you haven't seen, give it a good watch. We will miss you Mr. Dawson the best Family Feud host and an irreplaceable game show host as well as Dick Clark. Hope there's Family Feud in Heaven.
