With Jerry, George, Krammer and Elaine being hilarious day after day. But what episodes are considered the best? The funniest. Ones you wanna see again, and again and again
Here are my top ten funniest Seinfeld Episodes that I have seen since the final episode.
10. THE JUNIOR MINT- Elaine has a friend who is an artitst. They meet him in the hospital where...during his surgery, Kramer and Jerry accidently drop a junior mint, which Kramer was eating, falls and lands in the man's body while having his surgery. Meanwhile, Jerry's dating a girl who's name he doesn't remember. It's funny for so many reasons, and it's not just because Junior Mints became popular after this episode, but trying to figure out Jerry's girlfriend's name (which rhymes with the female anatomy) LOL. it's number ten because, well, Jerry makes food funny in so many ways, even if it's in your body.
9. THE BOYFRIEND- A two part episode which involves George trying to get a job. He mentions Vandelay instudries, which is actually made up. Keith Hernandez, who is a now retired baseball player, becomes friends with not only Jerry, but starts to date Elaine. Kramer and Newman hate Hernandez. Why? He spit on them. Making a reference to the JFK movie, Kramer tells that the spit ricochet off him, hitting Newman as well. Eventually, Elaine breaks up with him because he smokes, and Jerry couldn't deal with it anymore after he has to help him move furniture. How does it end, well Gorge did said that he always wanted to date a tall women, and let's just say he does meet one.
8. THE LITTLE KICKS- This episode is hilarious for one reason, how Elaine dances. At her job, inviting George to a party, she ends up dancing like a crazy person. The words: "sweet fancy Moses" is said every time Elaine would Dance. Thinking it's George and not her dancing, a girl from her work cannot see her, making George the bad guy. Meanwhile a friend of Kramer tells Jerry to bootleg a movie at gunpoint after he gets sick. He loves the way Jerry did it, so he asks him to do it again. Eventually, Elaine realizes her dancing is the reason her staff is acting funny around her. She finds out herself after taping over a bootlegged movie Kramer was taping. Hilarious, and well Julia can dance, but Elaine can't.
7. THE HEART ATTACK- George experiences a heart attack at the coffee shop. But, it seemed it was nothing. Jerry hears something on the TV that he thinks is funny, but apparently he doesn't remember it. At the hospital, Elaine meets a cute doctor who she ends up going on a date with. Kramer mentions his friend Bob Sacamanto for the first time, who would never be seen on the show. George finds out that he needs to have his tonsils removed (again), so Kramer suggests a healer for him. After seeing the holistic healer, George drinks a mysterious tea which turns his whole face purple. At the end, Elaine breaks ups with the doctor, and George gets his tonsils out. This one is number seven for one thing....it is funny
6. THE RAINCOATS- Another two-part episode which involves Jerry's parents staying over for a few days. Elaine has a boyfriend who is a close talker, George decides to sponsor a kid in the big brother's program and Kramer and Jerry's dad decide to go and raincoats from a guy in a used clothing business. Elaine's boyfriend (played by Judge Reinhold) wants to spend time with Jerry's parents. Jerry and his girlfriend make out while seeing Schindler's list, and Newman finds out. "MAKING OUT DURING SCHNINDLER'S LIST???" It seems after George sells his father clothes, that had moths in them, Kramer and Jerry's father can no longer sell their raincoats to the owner of the used clothes store. BTW: George's parents can't even stand Jerry's parents and they fell the same way. Let's just say, you're not allowed to make out during Schindler's list no matter what.
5. THE MOM AND POP STORE- In this episode Jerry's friend (played by Bryan Cranston) invites everyone, but him, to his Thanksgiving Eve party. George drives a car owned by Jon Voight, or did he. Thinking he owns Jon Voight's car, he leaves the car hood down, even if it's November. Kramer tries to help save a mom and pop store, but finds out that it would cost more than it's worth. They even are taking care of Jerry's shoes, all of them. Jerry is left with Cowboy boots, trips over them, and ends up with terrible tooth pain. He sneaks into the party, hoping to find a dentist. Elaine wants to ask Jerry's friend out for New Years eve, but first has to get her bosses tickets to be in the parade after helping him win them recognize or record albums. Jerry pops a Macy's parade balloon, George isn't driving Jon Voight's car, and Elaine doesn't get a date, and loses hearing.
4. THE SECRET CODE- Elaine's boss invites her out to dinner. She wants to get out of it, so she soon meets someone who doesn't even remember her. George will not give out his bank code to anyone. Not even when someone's life depends on it. He spills it out to Elaine's bosses mother who is near death's door. Her last words are BOSCO! Jerry wants to know George's bank code, and Elaine's date stands her up. It seems Jerry is also in trouble when he mimics someone after his foot falls asleep and Kramer wants to show the fire station faster routes. He ends up being in a fire truck after knocking someone out. Jerry accidently burns down some places where one man is stuck in a bank. The only way to be saved, George has to give out his code.
3. THE PICK- Jerry is dating a model. She even is the model for a perfume ad that Kramer (at the time) thought up of the past. However, it all goes downhill when his girlfriend catches him 'picking'. But in his words, it was more of a scratch, but it seemed in her view it wasn't. Elaine's has a religious boyfriend. She wants to give him a Christmas picture. Kramer decides, since he has photography equipment. However, her blouse she wore is pretty revealing and it shows a nipple. It ends up on the Christmas card, which everyone sees, except for George. She gives him a look as well.
WHICH EPISODES ARE THE TOP TWO, Well....
2. THE SOUP NAZI- This one is hilarious for a reason. NO SOUP FOR YOU! Based on a real life soup stand in New York with the owner who was very tyrant. In this episode, there is a soup stand everyone raves about. But there is a soup Nazi that owns it. He would throw people out and Elaine happens to be one of those people who seemed to not get her soup. Meanwhile Jerry's girlfriend get's touchy and lovey even when they are about to get her soup. Jerry chooses the soup Nazi over her. I actually the actor who played the Soup Nazi, Larry Thomas. He's really nice, and small as well. He will always be known as the Soup Nazi, even when he is not acting.
What episode is the best? Before I reveal number one. Here are five honorable mentions-
1. The Cadillac- George goes crazy wanting to meet Maria Tomei, even if he is getting married. Jerry buys his father a Cadillac. Everyone around the retirement center thinks something suspicious is happening, and later his father is no longer the president of his retirement committee.
2. The Bookstore- Elaine didn't want to repeat the disaster dancing she did in the past, so she makes out with a guy who is going through drug withdraw. She ends up nursing him while George takes a book from a bookstore to the bathroom, which he ends up buying because it's read flagged.
3.The Implant- Jerry is dating a girl but doesn't know if they are real. So, Elaine decides to find out, after tripping and landing on her breasts. At the end, they find out they are real and they are spectacular. Meanwhile, George tries to impress his girlfriend, but he ends up double dipping chips and is kicked out.
4. The Outing- Elaine decides to say George and Jerry are gay since she noticed people listening to their conversation. One of them is a news reporter that is trying to get an interview with Jerry. It comes out on the newspaper and the expression "not that there's anything wrong with that" came around.
5. The Seven- George wants to name his future child Seven after he meets Susan's cousin who is pregnant. They steal the name, and George gets upset. Jerry has a girlfriend who always wears the same outfit while Elaine and Kramer have to share a girl's bike.
THE BEST EPISODE, THE ONE I WOULD WATCH OVER AND OVER IS...….
THE CONTEST- Jerry is taking a Virgin. George is well you know what as his mother walks in on him and ends up in the hospital. Kramer, Jerry, Elaine and even George make a bet to go all the way and not *pleasure themselves* as long as they could. But....Kramer is the first to be out after seeing a naked woman across the street. Elaine loses after finding out JFK Jr., who was not only in her gym class, but seemed have a connection with him. However, Jerry reveals everything to his girlfriend, who breaks up with him and goes with JFK, losing her virginity later. This episode was not only the best written, but everyone was talking about it after it finished. It was hilarious and it even won an Emmy for best written episode.
There is my top ten on a show about nothing. I don't think I have any that are worse. There are some episodes I'm not huge on, but for now, these are episodes I would see!
