His own father.
In earlier seasons, his father wasn't bright, but he wasn't an ass, but now, I can tell the writers were drinking paint and sniffing glue to get ideas, and for that reason, we are getting a dumb father figure for Timmy Turner.
He blames Dinkleberg for everything, has an obsession for Eggnog, and even dresses in drag. It's an interesting thing I guess, but it's disturbing in his case.
Timmy, sometimes, sticks up for his father but in other cases feels his father just is too weird that other times, well, it seems he has to get help from Cosmo and Wanda, and Cosmo is acting like an ass too. Not only are both characters voiced by the same actor, it's clear that both characters are acting stupid or a reason.
In my opinion, it's stupid because I feel they want to end the show and I know for a fact the voice actors feel the same way. Putting in a new character throughout the new season is not helping! It might be hurting.A dog, and an annoying neighbor girl doesn't help boost ratings, it might hurt it. I'll still watch it, but now, I feel it's time to end Fairly OddParents.
Another thing about the father, he has an obsession on hating his neighbor who did nothing to him but give him money, his kidney (don't ask), his furniture when Timmy's house was burglarized, and much more. He even pretended to be evil to please Timmy's father.
All I can say is: "Dinkleberg!" There are memes of it because of it, and they are pretty hilarious. But till then, I know the writers made Timmy's father stupid for a reason. If the voice actor was paid a trillion dollars to voice both Cosmo and Timmy's father, I wouldn't be surprise.
Till then, Enjoy what's left of what was once a great show.
and maybe it will be great like it once was in the earlier seasons, but I have little doubts.
