Everyone enjoys a good nap now and then, but are they healthy for us? Science says we lose 40% of the day just sleeping most of the time.
Everyone does sleep. But mostly we get tired in the middle of the day. Is it lack of energy? Lack of sleep at night? It could be anything. I just wonder, is it healthy for us?
Sometimes I wonder, if I start sleeping...during my nap, do I waste my life?
I don't think so. Some people suggesting napping once in a while is good for your brain. Keeping your mind awake while you sleep.
Babies nap the most and the elderly come in second. It seems sometimes, a good nap is a good thing. Rejuvenation after a long day, and before a good nights sleep...but then again, it could keep you up all night because of it.
When we nap, we do dream as we do when we sleep. There are things called REM sleep, which involves rem cycles in our body. Cat naps, which is really more for cats, but then again, it's just a short sleep.
Because of cap nip, cats usually end up zonked for a long while, days even. Mostly cats love sleep, but kids...
When kids get older, at toddler stage, they start hatting naps. They start getting fuzzy hearing the word 'nap'
They get restless, and do you think they want to sleep for about an hour? I wouldn't mind that. As you get older, you would wanna nap. To keep your mind happy and yourself restful.
Whether you love to nap or not, In my mind, I think they are healthy. Yes you might be sleeping some of your life, but then again, you're awake more often than you think.
Sometimes napping is good for the soul, for mind and the body. Till then, get a good nights rest, and if not, never hurts to take a nap. Ciao bloggers, and enjoy your naps.
