It's been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time since the Eagles had ever been in the super bowl.
This time we have to face, ugh, the Patriots yet again. I've been so tired of the Patriots being in the Super bowl, and winning it.
I think it's time, for a change. Eagles have never won a super bowl, and this year could be their year. We had a win ten years ago when the Phillies won the World Series. Maybe we have to wait ten years for miracles to happen in Philly. I'm not a huge fan of the Eagles, but I do like and want to see them cream the Patriots. I never liked Tom Brady, nobody does. For the fans of the Patriots, I'm sorry but it's time to pass the torch.
Last year the Falcons lost to them, this year.....we'll see but I think the winner will be green (and not with envy)
Justin Timberlake will be the entertainment on the half time show. I pray there's no more incidents since the last time he was the half time show, and had a mishap with Janet Jackson's wardrobe, ripping the bra off and revealing her... well you know. I've liked certain half time shows, such as:
Prince, doing all purple on stage.
Bruno Mars was good, like the young version of Michael Jackson, who too performed one Super bowl year (forgot which year though) This year, it might be interesting as the same time, nail-biting. Nervous fans glued to the set as they see what could be an amazing game, or a game they'd wish to soon forget.
I'm rooting for the Eagles no matter what. If they win, Philadelphia will go bat shit crazy as well as Football itself.
Anything can happen, two days to go and everyone's nervous and not just the fans. Till then.... enjoy what the Eagles can bring and pray for a win in Philly.
