Bob Dylan's interesting life

Born Robert Allen Zimmerman, Bob Dylan is known for many of his great music, and also his past. With his birthday about to approach, it's best to learn about Dylan though his music and his past. Bob Dylan, or as a friend of my uncle likes to call him 'Stinky Dylan'

Dylan was born in Minnesota and was raised by his paternal grandparents. He had a close-knit Jewish family thanks to his father. His father contracted polio when Bob Dylan was six years old. He started performing with bands in high school where he started his love with music.

Dropping out of College, Bob Dylan would travel through New York City. He wrote that the songs that would inspire generations of music lovers. With the help of inspiration from late Woody Guthire. He eventually made a record deal by the time the 60's came around.

In the 80's, he created the never-ending tour which had over 3,000 shows. Playing his 3,000 show in 2019. It's still going strong, but since the pandemic, it hasn't been going as strongly as he wanted to. Having bandmates like Tony Garner and Charlie Sexton by his side. They would perform some of his famous songs.

There are many famous songs of Bob Dylan that are known. Some like 'Blowin' in the wind", "Rita May", "Spirit in the Water", "I shall be Free", "Don't think twice, it's all right.", "Freight train blues" and many more that are memorable as the artist himself. He also had a few romances that worked out and went south.

There has been word of a biopic of the life of Bob Dylan with Timothee Chalamene starring as a young Bob Dylan and his rise to fame. Would I see it....hell yeah. Not only do I like Timothee Chalamene, but I am a fam of Bob Dylan music. I guess I get it from my father who also loved Dylan music as well as Springsteen and many more.

Having a birthday this Wednesday, Bob Dylan has been in the business for over fifty years, almost sixty now, it seems he is still going strong. Having not only a life full of sadness, but also a life that is filled with music as well as welding and painting. He is known for his creative side, and not just in music. His paintings have been sold to various people and celebrities like Pierce Brosnan.

Turing 82 this coming week won't stop him from what he loves to do. Bob Dylan is still making music with a new album coming out as well. Wishing Bob Dylan a happy birthday with a life well achieved. Enjoy his music and his art while you still can.
