what cheese to desire
gouda,
cheddar,
asiago?
perfect when melted,
between slices of bread,
ooey and gooey,
on top of food,
or melted in between
what cheese is considered the best,
is there any,
that tops them all,
or are there different types,
to please every pallet,
on top of a pizza,
is heaven,
melting between,
each slice,
as you pick it up,
the cheese will pull as if,
mozzarella,
is the stringiest of all
as others pull with strength,
some crumble,
onto salads,
or on a burger,
slice is nice,
to place netly,
on a sandwich,
this cheese,
comes in squares,
and is ready,
for melting
not all cheese,
is equal,
not every cheese,
is real,
some have oils and fillers,
disguised as cheese
what cheese is real,
and which is an imposter?
If you go to different countries,
you'll find the real stuff,
Italy,
France,
Switzerland
Not everyone eats cheese,
the lactose,
the vegans,
the haters of cheese,
but for some of us,
we gorge,
in cheesy goodness
You'll cheese in everything,
and after reading this,
you wanna slice,
or melt,
or devour,
the cheese from home,
because,
nothing is ever good,
without a little cheese
