Did we ask for a Tom and Jerry/Wonka movie?

Really did we? I mean I love Tom and Jerry...back when they were fighting and causing mayhem.

    They have done a few other movies. One involving the Wizard of Oz (they have done two actually that involve the Wizard of Oz) They've even done some with: Sherlock Holmes, Jonny Quest and even Robin Hood. So why does this particular one piss a lot of people off? I mean this movie was just as bad as their other one where they "talked"

  Yes that's right, in the Tom and Jerry movie back in 1992, they talked and declared to become friends and not enemies.
  And we thought that was bad.

In 2017, they decided to blend Wonka and Tom and Jerry together. WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING??? They're destroying the great Gene Wilder's reputation as Wonka and I thought Johnny Depp already did that, but this is worse.

   Apparently what is creepy is how horrible the drawing and styles of every character is. From the constant creepy face motions. It was more of a nightmare than a story of a boy and a chocolate factory with Tom and Jerry.
The voice acting wasn't amazing either. I mean they're good voice actors, but for the love of god I think they were trying too hard.

I know when they were doing the Wizard of Oz and back to Oz, it felt the same way as well...but wow, this train wreck beat it.

   It's also a shot for shot remake just like the original right down to the beginning credits. They even made the Oompa Loompas the same as they were in the 70's. This movie was made right after Gene Wilder died, and if he saw this, believe me, he would not be pleased.

   Violet Beauregard looks the worst. Why? If you took two seconds to see something wasn't right with the styling of her eyes, and it seems so out of place. Almost all the characters do. Mikey's teeth look creepy as well as Verruca's mouth is so wide, that she would scream bloody murder.

   Oh, and there's a villain as well. Remember in the 70's version Mr. Slugworth that wanted to know everything about Wonka's gobbstopper. Here's another thing. He sings Verruca's "I want it know" song to Charlie. OK WHY????

   Tom and Jerry are with Charlie and Grampa Joe most of the time, until they get separated in the factory. But when they are at the boat scene (which terrified me when I was little and now) they find another mouse that decides to get Tom and Jerry to where they need to go. They get on another boat (don't ask) and apparently...the little mouse does the creepy boat scene even saying the word 'Hell'

And you thought Gene Wilder was scary, this mouse was creepier. Screaming at the end. I felt like it would give kids nightmares, and in the original, we saw a chicken with its head cut off.

    Oh and with the Verruca scene where she sings I want it now, It seems Tom and Jerry are fighting off Slugworth and he's singing the song too.


   I didn't even understand what was going on half the time. After the last kid gets his just desserts, the copy the scene for scene of Charlie disobeying Wonka and all that, but before any of that happens, it seems when Mikey was shrinking, Slugworth, along with Spike the dog try to get Charlie to give the gobstopper over to him.
  There's stupid things going on half the time, bodies switched, and eventually, Slugworth and Spike get knocked out.

  How does it end, well Slugworth reveals to be none other than someone that was working for Wonka, and you know what happens.

  And I thought the Johnny Depp version was bad. STICK TO THE ORIGINAL or else, you'll get this at the ending:
