It's one in a million to have April Fools and Easter put together. It hasn't happened since I'm guessing 1956.People like to play practical jokes on their kids, saying that The Easter Bunny never came, or they weren't getting chocolate, but mostly, what some parents will do is wrap foil in a grape to make it look like a chocolate egg.
When I was young, I wore bonnets and also dresses and we went to church. Now a days, I visit family and gorge out on chocolate. I do everyday, but on Holidays like Easter, Christmas and Halloween, I gorge out even more.
They still had tricks for April Fools, but they do it with a bunny. Even an Easter Bunny would be pranking children just because it's the first day of April... people will do things, pranking one another just for entertainment. Spring is upon us. Even if this year, Easter and April Fools are together, it doesn't mean you should be afraid to celebrate it. Easter is still known as a day with family. Not as big as Christmas or Thanksgiving, but it is still a holiday, just ironically on April Fools day. Till then, enjoy today and just be aware of the pranks that come with it.
