Is this new year much like the old year?

  Does it even feel like a new year? It hasn't dawned on me yet, but it has only been the second day of the new year and yet, I feel this year is like the last.

    We already lost two celebrities (Nat King Cole's daughter is one) and I feel this year is just turning into last year.


I'm trying to enjoy it as best as I can but, well...
     I feel everyone is thinking the same thing.

We'll still have to deal with deaths of celebrities and miracles, and tragedies that every past year has given us.

This year, is a leap year
   This year, we get a new president
      This year, we have the summer Olympics
        This year, Easter is in March not April


This year will go by so fast, in a blink of an eye and I can't believe that my cousin's first born will be TEN!!!!!!!

This year will go fast and so will next year.  But we will see so much happiness and sadness, gladness, joyness and much more

   The new year has just begun and I'm happy to survive the last one.

Let's hope this year is a lot happier and pray for more of enjoyment than pain.
