The Best Cinderella movie ever

So many choices for one story of a young woman and a man that fall in love. But which Cinderella movie is considered the best one?

We all remember the beautiful dress she wore to the ball as well as trying to stay in Cognito. Which is the best Cinderella movie? Well, here are a few taht are somehow memorable.

The first one I want to talk about is the original one. The one that started the whole Cinderella movie trend. In 1950, Disney made. The one with the songs "A dream is a wish your heart makes" as well as "Bippity Boppity Boo" What do I think of this one? Ok. I don't really remember it that well. I think I remember the sequels more than I do the original

The second sequel wasn't powerful. It's kind of was a bore in my opinion. It just had one of the evil stepsisters try to find love as there were other segments in it. I don't think it did great. But the third one...well I explained it already, so I'll give it in short detail. I LOVED IT! This was more going back in time where Cinderella never wore the glass slipper, and one of her evil stepsisters, Anastasia, wore it. I found out that the third sequel was the best one in my opinion.

In the late 90's there was a musical that featured Brandy as Cinderella and Whitney Houston as the fairy godmother. I never saw it, but it was considered one of those musicals that actually wasn't half bad. I forgot who played the evil stepmother or the prince, but everyone remembers the remarkable work that Brandy and Whitney Houston did.

Ella Enchanted was somehow like a Cinderella movie, but different. First off, Ella was forced to obey any order she was given. From her evil stepmother to anyone else. It seemed there is also an evil ruler who wants to be king and kill the prince to do so. I thought this movie was kind of cute. It had singing, good acting, and the story was somewhat hit and miss. I don't it was the best movie, plus, it's not really about Cinderella, but it had a feel to it.

Disney decided to make a live action movie of Cinderella. To me, I skipped this one. The acting was ok, the story was hit and miss and well...I didn't really enjoy it like I did with the cartoon. I know sometimes some Cinderella movies are different than others, but Jesus...I didn't care for this one at all. It was too long, too boring and well...wasn't enjoyable.

Another Cinderella Story starred singer Sophia Gomez, and why not? This too was a musical. About a young girl finding love. I don't think I've ever seen this one either. I thought this one was somewhat not worth the watch. I like the acting. It was the story I didn't like. The music was fine as well as the singing. The story was the weak part.

When Hilary Duff was becoming known more than just Lizzie McGuire, a movie was made for her as portraying a young girl who lost her father, has an evil stepmother and stepsisters, and is forced to work at a diner. She meets a young boy who was dating a cheerleader who hates her. Things don't go her way until she meets him. Soon, her cover is revealed, and her life shattered. I think this one was one of the strong ones. Loved the acting, loved the story, but I don't think it was one of the best, but I would still watch it over the live action Disney version

To me, the best Cinderella movie I've ever seen was a Drew Barrymore movie called "Ever After" I found this movie to be amazing and heartwarming. Also having Anjelica Houston portray the evil stepmother. Just wow. The acting was incredible. To start, young Danielle (the name of Cinderella) loses her father. Is forced to work with the other workers. After saving one of them from being sold, she falls in love with the prince who is forced to marry another. One of the stepsisters has a kind heart while the other is a bitch. To make this story short, it works out for her at the end. This is the best Cinderella movie I have ever seen. And that's my opinion.

There are so many versions of a Cinderella movie out there. Even a Sesame Street version as well. I think they all are unique in their own ways. How? Well...let's just say they entertain us in some form that delights us and makes us want to root for Cinderella to get her prince. Which one is your favorite? I already know mine.
