A lot of people like to say things, negative as it be, about certain things.
We just have to be careful of what we say on the internet or what we say to one another. But there is something called "Free Speech" but these days, we know that it is too often that is being overlooked and also what we say, we can't take back.
Mostly Facebook and Twitter and other forms of internet muses will show some people will go to far, but they say it's their right and their opinion.
I'm not saying that they are wrong, but sometimes what we say (or what they say) could be not be positive or politically correct.
I try my hardest to know what is right. I have my opinions and what matters. I keep them to myself, not blab them out on Facebook. Freedom of Speech, people have different opinions on.
One side would say the person in trouble saying something he shouldn't say was just speaking his mind, while another would think he was off his meds. Where am I? I don't want to say. Because I don't want to upset one person while helping another. Like people who are pro-life or pro-choice when it comes to abortion. In my opinion, well again I don't want to upset someone but it's the person's choice, so I'm pro-choice.
Sometimes we have to be careful about what we say. We have our opinions yes, but we need to know when it's the right time to say something, and when it's the write time to say something that will cost a whole melt down on the internet or the whole world. Like if a kid gets shot, is it because he was well you know... was the shooter doing the right thing or was he guilty of his crimes. I think he was guilty. Others would not think so, they would think he was doing the right thing, but because of the child's race, it causes the whole world to go crazy.
Everything happens for a reason yes. People are going to have their own opinions yes, but be aware, you are not alone. I have opinions and so does everyone else. People will say what they want to say because of Freedom of Speech but what my mom would say "feathers in the wind. Once said you cannot take back" Ciao Bloggers. (We all want to say something to feel power, but once said, do we have it or are we starting something much worse? Think of that)

Goodbye Summer
It seems too soon, and it seems as if it has come so fast.
Next week it is Autumn, the time to see leaves fall on the ground, and the time to put on the long sleeves and dealing with the cold air.
The pumpkins, the soup, the apple pies and turkey.
All I know is it is not the end of summer yet and I have already seen a Halloween commercial. Why am I not surprised. I feel as if our life is slipping through our hands.
I say it all the time, but just blink, I dare you. Just blink.
We put away the suntan lotion, the grilling, the corn and the bathing suits for sweaters and the cold, cold.....cold.
At least, on the plus side, the kids going back to school, autumn holidays and of course leaves falling off the ground. I like the sound of the leaves crunching on my feet. Autumn does have a few negatives and positives and it seems sometimes, we have to get ready for Turkeys, pumpkins and candy for Halloween (we don't celebrate, but we get candy of course)
What I don't like about Autumn is the end, when Christmas comes and so does my birthday but that's not too far yet but it will come soon because we are going to try our best to wait three months for another Summer to come to us. It will come before we know it, we'll have a new year and a new Summer. Till then, enjoy what is left of Summer and Autumn because I have a feeling it is going to be one long winter. Ciao Bloggers.

New York vs Chicago: the big Pizza debate
It's been like this for a very,
very,
very long time.
But New York and Chicago fight over many food things. Even their hot dogs have issues. However; some people think their style of pizza is better.
In New Haven, their pizzas are shaped like numembas not circles and if it weren't for a chef named Frank Pepe, who placed clams on pizza, clam pizza would not be born.
St Louis Style is cracker thin crust. Thinner than new York style and you can just break it.
But what is this feud that Chicago and New York have agents each other over a pizza? Well it started when started when Pizza came to the United states in 1905. Chef Lombardi ran a grocery store but gave up that business to make pizzas when people fell in love with it. He even had a license to making it and having the first pizzeria. Although that place is no longer with NYC anymore, there is another Lombardi restaurant that is in NYC making pizzas Chef Gennaro Lombardi made almost 110 years ago today.
So when did Chicago start making their deep dish version, when Ike Sewell who use to be a University of Texas star, thought pizza in the East coast was nothing but flat.

I don't understand but then, pizzeria UNO came around and Chicagoans loved it, but you have to eat one slice with a knife and fork.
Then there were other Chicago style pizzerias opening in the Chicago area. Just like they did in NYC with New York Style pizza.
How to they compare?
One with deep dish, cooking for hours and hours
and the other takes almost a minute to cook while it is in a hot hearth.
I guess for me if I had to choose, I like thin crust new York style, but to tell you the truth, I don't know why two huge cities are feuding over food. It's just strange, and they have been feuding about it for a long time.
In my opinion, I don't like either version, there is one style I prefer over New York or Chicago, it's Old Forge, PA style. My mom grew up with it and I've tried it. It's really good. It's a rectangle shape with I guess onion flavoring in the sauce and it's very good. I prefer that over those two any day. But I don't get it that often. My mom makes it once in a while but we use a different sauce.
Thanks Mom.
So New York and Chicago, quit feuding over food, ok. It's food and just eat and enjoy.
Ciao Bloggers.

Poem: waterfall of love
It seems
just like a waterfall
dripping down
is love
drip
by
drip
the skin touches the water
the pulsating
vibrating
heartbeat
knows what it wants
The tension furthers
with the two lovers
as they get closer
to the waterfall
the dripping skin
the kissing lips
the love they have
never meant to be
knowing they weren't meant for it to happen
the impulse
the tension
the human instinct
for one person
and the waterfall
once close
shows they love each other
more than they thought
and as they kiss
they sparkle into the night
and does the waterfall
of love
