Dragonball Movie

  Oh my god, what a train wreck of a freaking movie! Question, what the hell were they thinking? J.C. really?

People that are fans of this show called Dragon Ball Z, call it a disgrace to the franchise. Nothing like the original.

First off, I'm not a huge fan of this show, but to tell you the truth, the Cartoon was 1,000 time better than this.

First off, the Cartoon was about a boy named Son Goku who lived with his mentor and grandfather named Kame-Sense. Something like that. There are other characters as well, and they have made films since the 1980's.

This cartoon is respectful. It's like the Air-Bender movie all over again.

Why do these people think making cartoon into a live action movie works? It hurts it! That's what I think. Spitting on the original creation and giving us crap doesn't help. Believe, you me.

Dragon Ball is an animae cartoon that involved around a few people doing tricks to collect a surprise. It's somewhat similar to Pokeman, but Pokeman never did anything this stupid (let's pray they never will)

This shitty movie changes everything. Even the main character not being of an Asian descent. He's Caucasian, teenage wannabe, trying to get the girl kind of flick.

The villain looks as if he's trying to become the next green goblin from the Spider-Man movie. J.C.
  There's no talent (except for maybe a small performance by Ghostbuster's own Ernie Hudson) nothing that has anything to do with this cartoon, and believe me, it is a skippable film. Just like the Last-Air Bender movie, they got everything wrong.
 
   I don't know why but, nothing about this flick is a  positive factor. If you are a huge fan of the Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball z series, you would HATE this adaptation of what they call SHIT!

Cancel Henry Danger!

   Wow! Nickelodeon has been having lame shows. One after another. And this time, this is the bottom of the barrel.


 First off: I loved Drake and Josh and iCarly. Both great shows. Then, came Victorious. Not one of my favorites, but somewhat passable. Then came Sam and Kat. Ok...that's when I noticed something isn't writer with show creator, Dan Schneider.

There were also some shows that he is known for like: Kenan and Kel and All That. This however... the downward spiral of what would become...
SHIT!
It's about a young tween with super powers and his name being Henry 'Kid' Danger.
I'm going to say strike one. We don't need anymore of them. This one has a superhero that hires him as a sidekick (IE: A Robin to his batman)
The first season was fine, but then I could feel these actors trying WAY TOO HARD to become funny. Laugh Tracks are not worth it anymore. I mean Kenan and Kel was filmed in front of a live studio audience, and so was All That.

But the days of iCarly and Drake and Josh, they used laugh tracks, but those shows were FUNNY. This is just stupidest. Oh and it goes on, becoming a cartoon with the same actors voicing the characters.
It's called "Kid Danger" I.. I just can't deal with stupidity of this altitude. If some people like it, ok that's fine, I am not one of them. If it weren't for Loud House, I would have kicked the Nickelodeon logo OUT THE DOOR!

This show is just pure garbage. Dan made another show that isn't worth seeing at all.... Game Shakers. It's ok but I'd rather the classic days of iCarly, Drake and Josh or All That. 

I'm sorry Dan, you must seem like a nice person, but I have a feeling you're going stale. Ever since Sam and Cat, he hasn't been out great ideas, but he's still ok. I'll always remember him for great works he did in the 90s. He is a Nickelodeon icon. No matter how stupid the shows are, he would still be considered a geniuses in our eyes.

Thanks Dan, for what you did give us and sorry that you have to put up with crap now a days.

Cheez Its vs Cheese nips

Two cheese cracker products battling out for which is best. Like the pizza stores, sodas, and Verizon vs Sprint. Even Crackers are demanding which one is better.

  For me, I would go with Cheez-its. But let's dig deeper into the snack jar to find out both of these products and how they became enemies.

First, we will talk about Cheese Nips. Started in the 1950s by Kraft and Nabisco company. Claiming to use real cheese in their products. They would introduce shapes from TV shows like SpongeBob, or movies such as Angry Birds. They are ok
I have tried them before, but they don't taste like real cheese to me. More as if a dry product with a rare flavor of cheese in it. I didn't really care for it or for Kraft in particular. They still are around but with the battle of their rival, Cheez-Its, they have been struggling to become popular. Why? Cheez its have been giving us more flavors, crispier and well....
Popular by everyone, I think Cheez its are the better product. However; it's start was different before it became the household name it is today. Cheez its started in 1921 by Green and Green. It soon was part of the Sunshine company which also introduced Oreo's unknown brother, Hydrox cookies.

      They soon grew into popularity within the flavors they were receiving, such as: Mozzarella, Colby, Red Hot, BIG and recently: toasted. They had flavors discontinued liked Romano and even Parmesan and garlic.

Why do I like Cheez it's more? Because they taste like real cheese, not plastic. They make a seal saying, 100% real cheese.
There are other cheese cracker produts I've known, but Cheez its are the real thing. I still don't want to forget one cracker that I love, covered in real cheese and shaped like a goldfish.

All having a perfect smile. I love those as well. They aren't much in a battle such as the two crackers Cheez its and Cheese nips. Pepperidge fam introduced these a long time ago for kid consumption. Adding the smile in the mid 1990's.

Till then, I will enjoy my snack, and not worry about a silly snack fight. We have too many food battles anyway. Another one isn't going to be the end of the world. Ciao Bloggers, snack on!

Lovable comedies: full of love

         We know them as a romantic movie that will end in love. These movies are somewhat funny yet, we all know the guy will get the girl at the end.

   How it starts, well, it depends on the movie. Like Wedding Singer:

    

Adam Sandler portrays a Wedding Singer who falls head over heels for a girl (portrayed by Drew Barrymore) It seems a lot of love stories with Adam Sandler have his character fall in love with Drew Barrymore's character. Like Blended or even 50 first dates. But this is the one of the Adam Sandler romantic comedies I like the most.

   Another good one is Roxanne, based on a play called Cyrano de Bergerac which stars Steve Martin having a huge nose, but that never bothered him. He falls in love with a woman and she takes a shining to him. But another guy, named Chris, loves her as well but can't have the courage to say anything without hurting her feelings or feeling like a total ass.

Steve Martin's character helps him out, reciting poetry and making love notes. It turns out, Roxanne can woo anyone, even if their nose was large. It was very good.

But there are some romantic comedies that can be too predictable, or just plain suck. Pearl Harbor is one of them Why? Because it involves love between two people during a tragic time in history and it doesn't even revolve around the disaster, just the romance. What the hell were they thinking?

   Another hit and miss is "When in Rome" involving Kristen Bell as a girl who wants a guy, so she throws a penny in the fountain of romance in Italy, and soon, a few men (like Danny DeVito, Will Arnett, Jon Header and even her actual husband, Dax Shepard) are coming to her saying that they are in love with her, but she really is in love with another guy who wanted nothing to do with her. After all that, they realized that they were meant for each other; however, he had nothing to do with throwing a poker chip in the fountain. It was the priest's all along that sealed their marriage at the end.

   

    I found that one ok, but very predictable. Notting Hill was good. A man, played by Hugh Grant, has a travel book store and Julia Roberts soon comes in to his life. She is a well known actress doing a role in England and soon, well they fall in love, soon paparazzi expose everything thanks to Hugh Grant's roommate and they fall out of love. She's about to leave for America forever and he tries with all his friends helping, to get her back. It works. I was never a fan of Julia Roberts but this one movie was one of her best roles.

  Sadly now, there aren't many great comedies that involve romance these days. Unless the girl is dying or an illness and the boy stays by her side until she dies.

One more I wanna talk about, not only it is a Christmas filmed, and I talked about it before, but it is also romantic in its own way.

   Love Actually: involving many people from England. Hugh Grant playing the Prime Minister and falling in love with his secretary, A boy who lost his mother and tries to get his step father (played by Liam Neison) to find a girl, which eventually happens in the end. The boy too, tries to convince a girl he loves that he is indeed head over heels for her, and he would go to any lengths to tell her before she leaves for America.

Alan Rickman feels he is a loveless man and his wife, played by Emma Thompson, finds a gift he was planning to give to his girlfriend from work. Colin FIrth even asks for a woman, who doesn't speak a word of English, for his hand in marriage.

I loved that movie a lot, it's romantic as well as related to Christmas. 

It is wonderful and one of my favorites. Find your Loveable Comedies for Valentine's day.
